I'll read the map. You just trust me and walk.
One of you sees the whole map, traps and key included; the other sees a maze lost in fog. Guide the way with arrows and a few signals instead of words. A two-player co-op maze puzzle where you swap roles every map!
One player reads the map, the other walks a foggy maze. Guide each other past traps to the treasure with arrows and a handful of signals in this two-player co-op puzzle. Practice with a bot or start a party with a friend, no download needed.
Follow Lumi the bot's signals, then on the next map you guide the bot.
- The navigator sees the whole maze with the key, the traps and the treasure (X). The explorer only sees one cell around.
- Instead of words, the navigator sends only arrows and Stop, Careful or Nice. Each map has a set number of signals.
- Pick up the key, then reach the X to clear the map! Step on a trap and you're back at the start.
- Three stars: arrive · within the step target · no trap and within the signal target. You swap roles every map; arrive on three of four maps to win together.
Questions before you start
How do you play Secret Map?
The navigator sees the whole maze with the key, traps and treasure, while the explorer sees only one cell around. Using only arrows and Stop, Careful or Nice signals, guide the explorer to the key and then to the X.
How are stars counted?
Each map gives up to three stars: one for arriving, one for staying within the step target and one for avoiding every trap while staying within the signal target. Roles swap every map, and arriving on three of four maps wins the game together.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Games start right in your web browser. Just open the same address on a phone, tablet or PC.
Can I try a game on my own?
Every game has Try solo. A bot plays with you, so you can practice while you wait for your partner.
How do we play together?
Each of you opens DOOLPOP on your own device. Create a party on the game's page and send your partner the invite link or code.
